  Great atmosphere with some of the friendliest owners/staff ever. Had a lobster sandwich; the chef came out to apologize for the delay because she had to clean more lobster?!?! Would have waited an hour for that fabulous meal! The burgers looked great, and I will always regret not getting the butterscotch pie!

  Visited on our way from Halifax to Cape Breton and had a wonderful experience. The owners are a very friendly and enjoyable couple who obviously seem to love what they do and make you feel very welcome. Food was very good with different options like sandwiches, burgers and quesadillas. I had the smoked salmon sandwich with locally smoked salmon which I really enjoyed. Cake and coffee for dessert left us filled and very happy. Very recommended!

  Beanies is the crown jewel of Sherbrooke. It is a small and cozy place. It is pretty much always busy, but very friendly and personal. Barb and Max are fantastic and make very visit a pleasure. The food is always good. If you are down this way do yourself a favour and stop in - just make sure to get their early if you want the special. Also note they do close from late December until Marchish.

  Had the smoked salmon, chicken wrap, and brownie. Generous portions, fresh and not expensive. Homey, cottage vibes. Super friendly owners/staff.
