Fantastic experience!!! Great little village and an incredibly friendly staff. I went with my wife, our two kids, my father in law, and his wife. We enjoyed every minute of our tour and learning about the history of Sherbrooke Village and the surrounding area. The exhibits were great and the gift shop sold stuff made in the village using the techniques and equipment that was used back in the day. Loved it, highly recommend it!!

What a gem. We were so presently surprised at how much was here and how well done it was. We spent the entire day and still could have stayed longer. Almost everyone there was super friendly, really informative and seemed to love their work. We had our 10 & 12 yr old daughters get the outfits and that was very well spent money. The dresses were beautiful, the women doted over our girls while dressing them, and they walked away feeling very old fashioned. Helen was particularly wonderful. Make sure you go and give yourself plenty of time!

A lot of fun to walk around the city like in the mid 1800s! They give you the option to put you in period costume. They do close most of the buildings from 12 till 12:30 for lunch and at that point we really should have gone out of the historic site to eat lunch because the food at the café/tearoom in the historic site wasn't anything special.

Victorian Christmas great night of lighting of the lights and enjoyable high tea and tour following day. Must see in NS to set the festive mood and drive away the humbug.

Loved this place. Step back in time. Enjoy the area and the experiences... Highly recommend the Five Hour Forge offered! Really want to try out their discovery/explorer passes to experience the living history activities they offer.
